At Factory Duck, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item received

To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have original tags and packaging
  • Be in original condition

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days after delivery.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement with another product
  • Refund (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags
  • Products damaged after use
  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to process depending on the payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Product photos (if damaged/wrong item)
  • Reason for return/exchange
